Kim, as always, I sooo enjoyed touring your gorgeous home! You have truly paid attention to every detail! I'm excited to see all of your new updates! Your home is as beautiful as you are!
Also, I am kinda sad to read you are getting rid of your yellow tones - the way they work with your warm woods is magical.....I too have yellow and brown tones and refuse to submit to all the grey so popular now. Grey is lovely for the chippy shabby but not so much for the classics. IMHO honestly your house is perfect and needs no changes whatsoever.
What YOU need to do to get that "gotta be working on some restoration projects or go crazy" is consider doing house flipping. Appalacia has a need for people who know how to get the look for less, and you need to work on things like that- seems like a win/win and then you won't change your perfect house too much.
Just a thought. I cringed at reading you are changing your colors.
I agree your home is gorgeous as is. I love all the warm color tones you have going on and really can't imagine anything else. I am sure whatever you do will be fabulous though. You obviously have an eye for design. Thank you so much for sharing with us! Truly a beautiful home Kim!

Indeed and sincerely, Kim, you have one of the most amazing homes I have ever laid eyes upon!
Going now to get another peek at it on DD's!
Congrats, you deserve it!
Kim,
What is a Victorian capet ball?

Kim,
A lovely home, for an incredibly lovely woman!
I really enjoyed meeting you, and chatting with you at Haven.
Looking forward to seeing the updates on some of your changes!

Do you see me today? I have been through your entire gorgeous house and now I have to drive home from Kentucky in this heat.
