Wow it’s already Friday and it’s been a very busy week.
For this French Friday let’s talk farm tables. I’ll be shopping for a farm table and chairs for a client of mine and here are some examples I pulled from the web:
There are different variations on what we refer to as “French farm tables” and some are more rustic than others. Of these, my client prefers the more simple cabriole leg with cutlery drawers and planked top. Kim over at Savvy Southern Style is looking for one, too. I hope we both get lucky in our search. Don’t be alarmed if you hear a news report of two American “Kim’s” fighting over the same farm table in France! LOL
I have my eye out for chairs similar to these Directoire ones:
What’s your favorite farm table style?
For the recap:
On Sunday I shared with you my simple whitescape mantle in the family room. Read about it HERE.
Tuesday’s post was my fall breakfast room console reveal HERE.
And on Thursday I shared outdoor dining for two in the Fall garden HERE.
Red theme…
and Blue.
Hope you have a marvelous inspiring weekend.
Blessings,
Kim

Kim, good luck with the farm table search. I'm sure there will be one for each of you. I have a good friend who found one at Clignancourt some years ago. It had two long benches that came with it. It's her favorite piece of furniture, and we've enjoyed many a lovely meal off this table. '-)
Happy Friday ~ Sarah
